Oh Sleepless Night

Oh sleepless night won't you leave me be
let me sleep, let my mind roam free
I'm troubled and worried can't you see
'cuz headache becomes me at a.m. three

jesus...its here again...i went to bed at 2 (ok, 2.15 for u politically correct prudes)...n b4 i knew it its almost 3 d..in fact...

in fact....

in fact................YEAAAH!! IT'S 3 A.M.!!!

i'm not too happy bout that actually.

luckily there's no important period tomolo...in fact i'm currently considering only p.a. (kenegaraan n graf) n maths 2 as important...phys...the teacher taught waaay out of the scope of the midyear exam d...3 whole chapters more than wat will b tested, believe it anot....so i'm not gonna bother bout lessons n save my mental energy for the next few weeks while she drones on about magnetic fields...hehe. yeah right. there's the problem of physics being my fave subj...

neway...brief report on today as follows: -

Coffee Intake: half packet of Chek Hup Ipoh White Coffee at 6.30pm
Previous Night Sleep: 2-7am (5 hrs)
School Nap Duration: roughly 1/2 hr (lets see...i slept during free period between PA n phys..n oso a bit during maths 1)
Afternoon Nap: 4.30-6.30pm (2 hrs)

Analysis:
1) Insufficient night sleep led to long nap requirement. Proposal: Longer night sleep. Problem: Cannot sleep before 3.
2) Late nap and long nap duration led to coffee intake at late hour. Proposal: Nap earlier, drink coffee earlier.
3) Late nap is due to surfing Wikipedia and other online activities. Proposal: Do not waste afternoon time online. Nap earlier!
4) Coffee intake is interrupting night sleep. Proposal: Go to hell, I'm not cutting down on it.

ok la...dats enuf for tonite...this is juz 2 let u guys noe how 2 use this blog :P
